1. The "SOE" in marking means brand of Shanghai South Ocean Electron Co.,LTD.

2. Date Code Marking Specification

SOE Corp. uses Three Digit Date Code for tracebility of its products. 

The FIRST digit will be "ALPHA" and will represent the year. 

The SECOND digit and the THIRD digit will  be a number and will designate the week in which the parts are produced. 

Example:    The date code "C16"

C = the 3rd letter of the alphabet which represents any year ending in the Number "3" such as 2003, 2013, etc.;  16 = the number which represents the 16th week of the year.   

Therefore, the date code of C16 designates the product manufactured in the 16th week of the year 2003 or 2013.

F = the 6th letter of the alphabet which represents any year ending in the Number "6" such as 2006, 2016, etc.
